Exhibit set up will begin on Wednesday, January 16th no earlier than 3:00 p.m. and all dismantling must occur by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 18th.
Payment by credit card is strongly preferred. If you must pay by check, your check must be received by December 22, 2018 or your booth will be forfeited.
Cancellation of exhibit space must occur via written notice on or before December 22, 2018 for a 50% refund. If written notice is received after December 22nd, FTBA will retain the entire registration fee.
