How will this change impact you?... It shouldn't!
Our room block will stay the same at the Hyatt Regency. Please do not cancel your rooms! Attendees will simply walk across to street to the Orange County Convention Center via a connecting Hyatt skybridge.
• All conference sessions and topics will remain the same. We are simply moving into a larger space across the street.
• If you aren't staying at the Hyatt Regency, parking is available for attendees in the OCCC West Building parking lot.

What is included in the booth?
Your fees cover the rental of a 10x10 booth, one table with skirting, two chairs, and basic 120V/500W electricity. Additionally, three exhibitor attendee registrations will be included.

You will be allowed to enter three names to attend the Construction Conference covered by the exhibitor registration fee. These registrants are allowed to attend sessions. DO NOT register these people using the regular registration page. Refunds will NOT BE GIVEN for double registration. Any attendees beyond the initial three will need to register using the regular registration page.

Exhibit set-up will begin on Monday, February 22nd no earlier than 1:00 p.m. and all dismantling must occur by 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 24th.

Payment by credit card is required. Check payments for exhibitor registrations are no longer allowed.

Cancellation of exhibit space must occur via written notice on or before December 31, 2020 for a 50% refund. If written notice is received after December 31st, FTBA will retain the entire registration fee.

Safety Precautions:
We have been working with the hotel to provide the safest environment possible. The Orange County Convention Center's ballrooms are quite expansive, which will allow for ample room between seating and exhibit areas. Walkways in the Exhibit hall have been expanded to 12 feet to allow plenty of space for movement between attendees. As for sessions, our breakout rooms will be set up in classroom style, allowing for six feet between each attendee. The hotel and county both have a mandatory mask mandate in place. Therefore, it is recommended that you bring a mask with you. We will have masks, hand sanitizer, and a wellness station available to attendees if needed. 

To decrease extended exposure to others, exhibit booths will have 8 foot sidewall draping where joined with other booths. Additionally, clear plexiglass tabletop dividers can be rented directly from GEMS Expo Services if desired to provide an additional barrier between exhibitors and attendees. The cost of the tabletop dividers will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.
