What is included in the booth?
Your fees cover the booth rental, one table with skirting, two chairs, basic 120V/500W electricity, and three exhibitor attendee registrations. In addition to the standard booth items, premium booths offer double the floor space and are placed in prime locations of the exhibit hall.
You will be allowed to enter three names to attend the Construction Symposium covered by the exhibitor registration fee. These registrants are allowed to attend sessions. DO NOT register these people using the regular registration page. Refunds will NOT BE GIVEN for double registration.
Exhibit set-up will begin February 9, 2026, and all dismantling must occur by 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 11th.
Payment by credit card is required. Check payments for exhibitor registrations are not accepted.
Cancellation of exhibit space must occur via written notice on or before December 1, 2025 for a 50% refund. If written notice is received after December 1st, FTBA will retain the entire registration fee.

Hotel Room Block:
Hotel accommodations are not included in your registration fee, you will receive the hotel room block link in your registration confirmation email. The FTBA Room block tends to fill up quickly, so reserve your room ASAP. To preserve the block for registered Conference participants, FTBA reserves the right to remove from our block any reservations of guests not registered for the event.
