What is included in the booth?
Your fees cover the rental of a 10x10 booth, one table with skirting, two chairs, and basic 120V/500W electricity. Additionally, three exhibitor attendee registrations will be included.

You will be allowed to enter three names to attend the Construction Conference covered by the exhibitor registration fee. These registrants are allowed to attend sessions. DO NOT register these people using the regular registration page. Refunds will NOT BE GIVEN for double registration. Any attendees beyond the initial three will need to register using the regular registration page.

Exhibit set-up will begin on Monday, February 22nd no earlier than 1:00 p.m. and all dismantling must occur by 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 24th.

Payment by credit card is required. Check payments for exhibitor registrations are no longer allowed.

Cancellation of exhibit space must occur via written notice on or before December 31, 2020 for a 50% refund. If written notice is received after December 31st, FTBA will retain the entire registration fee.

Safety Precautions:
We have been working with the hotel to provide the safest environment possible. The Hyatt Regency Orlando’s ballrooms are quite expansive, which will allow for ample room between seating and exhibit areas. As for sessions, our breakout rooms will be set up in classroom style, allowing for six feet between each attendee. The hotel and county both have a mandatory mask mandate in place. Therefore, it is recommended that you bring a mask with you. We will have masks, hand sanitizer, and a wellness station available to attendees if needed. 

To decrease extended exposure to others, exhibit booths will have 8 foot sidewall draping where joined with other booths. Additionally, clear plexiglass tabletop dividers can be rented directly from GEMS Expo Services if desired to provide an additional barrier between exhibitors and attendees. The cost of the tabletop dividers will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.
