IMPORTANT CONFERENCE UPDATE: All conference sessions will now be held directly across the street from the Hyatt Regency in the Orange County Convention Center.
How will this change impact you?... It shouldn't! • Our room block will stay the same at the Hyatt Regency. Please do not cancel your rooms! Attendees will simply walk across to street to the Orange County Convention Center via a connecting Hyatt skybridge. • All conference sessions and topics will remain the same. We are simply moving into a larger space across the street. • If you aren't staying at the Hyatt Regency, parking is available for attendees in the OCCC West Building parking lot. • You can view the conference schedule with new room locations here.
We are pleased to be able to provide an in-person Construction Conference this year as well as a live virtual streaming option for those unable to attend on-site. We have been working closely with FDOT to provide the best speakers and presentations possible to help elevate your experience, and we are sure you'll be pleased with this year's content. We have gone to great lengths in an attempt to provide a full Construction Conference experience for our attendees this year, but due to Covid-19, we have made the difficult decision to limit the number of in-person Construction Conference attendees to 1200 to ensure adequate social distancing and safety measures. If in-person tickets sell out, we hope you will consider attending virtually.

NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THIS EVENT Safety Precautions: We have been working with the Hyatt Regency Orlando and the Orange County Convention Center to provide the safest environment possible for The 2021 FTBA Construction Conference. The OCCC’s ballrooms are quite expansive, which will allow for ample room between seating and exhibit areas. As for sessions, our breakout rooms will be set up in classroom style, allowing for 6 feet social distancing between each attendee. The hotel, convention center and county each have a mandatory mask mandate in place. Therefore, it is recommended that you bring a mask with you. We will have masks, hand sanitizer, wellness stations, and medical staff available to attendees if needed. Hotel Room Block: Hotel accommodations are not included in your registration fee. FTBA room rates start as low as $289 per night. Reserve a room at the Hyatt Regency Orlando here. The FTBA Room block tends to fill up quickly, so reserve your room ASAP.

**Continuing Education Credits are not issued by FTBA. You can provide your PE number during registration and FDOT will provide you with credit. You may contact Heather Hicks (firstname.lastname@example.org) with FTBA with any questions regarding the issuing of credits.**

You must purchase a ticket to the dinner to attend the auction. Dinner and drinks are included in the ticket price. The ticket price will count towards your 2020-2021 TransPAC contribution total.
Our auction wouldn't be possible without the generous donations of our members! If your company is interested in donating an item to be auctioned, please complete the donation form and return it to Stacy Heidel by the February 8, 2021 deadline. The donation value of your items will count towards your company's 2020-2021 FTBA TransPAC contribution total.
Please note that in order to accommodate proper social distancing, this event is being held at a new location. We will eat dinner outside at the Hyatt Regency Orlando on their rooftop Garden Terrace.
