How To Register
Complete the registration form accessible below, and mail it to FTBA.
Space in the course can be reserved by phone or by FAX, but in order to
confirm a space, both the completed registration form and fees should be
received at the FTBA office ten working days prior to the course or your
space will be released.
Cancellations:
If cancellation notice is received, the registration fees will be refunded,
minus a $75.00 per person service charge. All cancellations must be received in writing.
No-shows will be responsible for the entire fee.

These courses are tentatively scheduled until the required number of registrations are received.
