Membership Dues Structure
There are three classifications of membership, *Contractors, Associates, and Affiliates. Dues for *contractor and associate members are $1500 and for affiliate members is $750 per year. We operate on a fiscal year that runs from July 1 - June 30.Contractor Member
Annual membership dues are $1,500.00 per fiscal year.Contractor members are also subject to percentage dues on government funded transportation projects. Contractors are charged 1/8th of 1% (.00125) on the contract value of any contract or subcontract awarded by any Florida government entity-local or state. You are NOT subject to dues on any work you have on hand or are low bidder on and awaiting award. The cap or maximum percentage dues on FDOT, airport or Expressway work is $16,000 per year. The cap on local government work is $3500 per year. The two caps are not cumulative; you would never pay more than $16,000 regardless of the amount of work you had. You would never pay more than $3500 if you had no FDOT, airport or Expressway Authority work..Associate Member
